Housing owned and run by students provides the accommodation specifically designed to suit the budget of a student. Science '44 Co-op is a non-profit organization that strives to maintain an affordable cost of living. Everything from utilities to cleaning supplies are included in your Base fee. Payment scheduleFees for an 8-month lease are normally paid in three installments: your $450 deposit, your September Fees and your January Fees. Fees for a 4-month lease are paid in two payments: your $450 deposit and your September or January Fees. Alternative arrangements can be made if there are extenuating circumstances that will prohibit you from paying on time (i.e. late OSAP payments, monthly scholarships, etc.) providing you notify the office well in advance of your situation. Payments can be made in cash, money order, debit, or cheque made out to 'Science'44 Co-op'. * You will receive an invoice from the Office each time payment is due
