SEPTEMBER
September 1st	Move in day!
September 8th	Sign up for meals by house in the dining hall!
September 14-27th	Meals by House
September 16th	Board Information Session 7pm in the dining hall
September 17th	Last date for first house meeting
September 20th	Annual General Meeting 2pm in the dining hall
September 21st	House Manager Forms Due
September 24th	Room Assessment and kitchen schedule forms due
September 30th	Fall Fees due (55% of 8 month leases or 100% of fall 4 month leases)*
OCTOBER
October 10th - 12th	Dining hall closed for Thanksgiving
DECEMBER
December 4th	Last day of meal plan
December 18th	Deadline to let Dawn know if you are retruning to co-op for next year (Sept 2010 - April 2011)
JANUARY
January 9th	Kitchen schedule forms due
January 4th to January 15th	Room tours for returning Members wishing to change their room
January 11th	Meal plan begins
January 16th	Fee Deferral forms due
January 18th -22nd	Final room decisions made and Letters of Confirmation sent out
January 25th	Due date for signed Letters of Confirmation and $450 room deposit*
January 25th	Room tours begin for new members
FEBRUARY
February 16th	New Member tours begin
February 1st	Winter Fees due*
APRIL
April 1st	Last day to reserve your room for summer living or summer storage
April 9th	Final day of meal plan
April 30th	Move out day for Members not staying over the summer
MAY
May 1st	Summer rentals begin
