Our board of directors is made up of eight democratically elected members and is responsible for financial management, policy development, education and publicity. Each Director is generally elected for 2 terms, but if they wish to continue for longer, then they can resubmit themselves for re-election, and if re-elected can serve once again on the board. The General Manager reports to the Board of Directors who is in return accountable to the general membership. In addition to the Board there is an Executive Board comprised of 4 board members (President, Vice President, Finance, and Communications). Board Meetings are usually held once per week. All members are welcome to attend and to raise any issues either at the board meetings or by talking with a board member.
